Note:-

The date of Eid holidays in India will be decided by various moon sighting committees based on the sighting of the crescent

1. Approval Requirement: Employees need prior approval from their supervisors for any leave to avoid termination of services, except medical emergencies.

2. Leave Entitlement: Employees are typically entitled to a certain number of leave days per year. In this case, it's eight days per year, with a limit of three leaves per quarter.

3. Restrictions on Leave Application: Employees may not apply for leaves in a "sandwich form," meaning they can't take leave on certain days to create extended weekends or breaks. If you take leave on Monday or Friday, you also lose a day’s salary from the adjacent weekend.

4. Consequences of Excessive Leave: Taking more leave than allowed can result in a loss of salary or other disciplinary action.

5. If there's an unplanned holiday during the workweek, the following Saturday will be treated as a regular working day to compensate for the lost productivity.

6. Enjoying leave means taking unpaid time off, resulting in a break from work without receiving your regular salary for those days.
